MSA Signs a Development Contract with a Major University

MSA signs a development agreement with a major university. Under this agreement the company will manage the development of a portion of a unique drug delivery system. MSA will provide designs and prototypes during this stage of development. MSA will be a subcontractor to the University under a grant funded by the National Institutes of Health.
